How our minds work

We have 1 mind with 2 parte; the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious part of our mind is awake and aware, it is also responsible for our critical, judging thinking. The subconscious is our deep inner warehouse, it is also where all our programs or habits are kept. Habits are formed very quickly by repeating a behavior several times or by ascribing a strong emotion. The problem is we operate on autopilot most of the time, therefore we are reliant on our own inner habits and programming. Hypnosis can change that quickly and permanently. Hypnosis is mind training.
